Quick Beef Stroganoff -- Kimberly Eyre

1 lb ground beef
1 lg onion, chopped (or minced onion; 1/8 cup saked in 3 TB water)
1 C sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
salt and pepper to taste
noodles, potatoes, or rice
Brow onion with ground beef; drain if necessary. Add sour cream, soup, salt and pepper, simmer til bubbly. Serve over hot noodles, potatoes or rice.
