1 package noodles
2 medium tomatoes chopped (1 ½ cups)
2 medium green onions chopped (2 tablespoons)
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil leaves or ½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon coarsely cracked pepper
1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain
2. Mix remaining ingredients. Toss pasta and tomato mixture. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
