Taco Soup - Kimberly Eyre

1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
1 onion, chopped (or equivalent minced onion)
1 envelope dry taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans
1 can corn
1 large can diced tomatoes

Cook onion and meat together; drain if necessary. Add taco seasoning and canned vegetables, juice and all. Simmer at least 15 minutes. This is especially good with corn chips, grated cheese, and breadsticks. Yum! Easy to double recipe; freezes very well.
