Over the Top Cookies - Anndalyn Hobbs

3 C Flour
2/3 Cup Cocoa
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 C Sugar
1 C packed brown sugar
1 C butter (2 cubes)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 C chocolate chips
1 1/2 C large marshmallows (cut in halves) or small
In a bowl combine first 3 ingredients. In a separate bowl combine and beat till fluffy: sugar, brown sugar, soft butter, eggs and vanilla. Add flour mix to wet mix with choc chips (very stiff). Wrap around 1/2 marshmallow or 2 sm marshmallows. Cook on an ungreased pan, 10-12 minutes, at 350 degrees.
Let sit for a minute before transferring to a cooling rack.
